Lisa Anfield: Blanche E. Woolls Scholarship Recipient

Lisa Anfield is a native of Portland, Oregon. She attended Stanford University, where she received her Bachelor's Degree in English. She then went to The Ohio State University and earned a Master's Degree in English Education. She currently resides in Columbus, Ohio, where she just completed her seventh year teaching high school English. She is very excited to attend Kent State University in the fall to pursue her Master's Degree in Library and Information Science. She looks forward to the new intellectual challenges this will bring along with increased technology and research skills. After graduating, she plans to return to her school district and become a school librarian.
